To be an INVISALIGN candidate, the patient has to:

- have 2 molars present (generally more than 14 years old)

An invisalign treatment is an orthodontic treatment (movement of teeth) and not an orthognaty (movement of bones). For this reason, the conventional retainers cannot be substituted by INVISALIGN.

There is no age limit for INVISALIGN.
